HeySummit is great at hosting and managing your online Events. However, it can also be used for your weekly webinars, video content and more. Essentially if you have content you want to deliver through video then HeySummit is the tool for you.

In HeySummit, an Event is a collection of sessions. We don't limit the number of sessions that you can have within an Event- the sky's the limit. And yes, you can definitely have concurrent sessions- just remember to check with your video provider if they support that (especially for webinars).

If you think you're going to go over your Attendee limit, then you can either upgrade to the next plan or you can pay for additional attendees.
Paying for additional attendees is calculated automatically and will be billed at the end of the month. Each block of 100 additional attendees is charged depending on the plan you are on:

If you are looking to charge access for attendees to attend your event, then you will need to connect your payment provider. We currently support Stripe or PayPal. Please note that a HeySummit transaction fee will be charged, depending on the plan you are on.
Absolutely not! It's entirely your choice. Typically if you're hosting weekly / monthly webinars then you will probably want to keep those free to increase the volume of overall registrations. On the other hand, if you are running an online summit or video content then you may want to consider a paid model. Again, this really depends on how you want to market and present your content and whether you want to make money from it.
It depends. HeySummit gives you the ability to deliver talks within your event in a range of ways. You can either deliver as talk as a live webinar (Zoom style), as a live stream (i.e. Facebook Live) or as a pre-recorded video. You only need to connect your Zoom or video conferencing account if you plan to deliver talks as a live webinar.
